THIRD PARTY DELIVERIES

Deliveries by third party companies (POKITO, JERRY BOTTLE) are dispatched directly by themselves and returns should be returned directly to them.

Therefore please note orders with multiple company products will be on separate deliveries.

Please bear with us, we are a small company! Packing and shipments are made every Monday and Friday so please allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive, thank you!

UK DELIVERY 

Standard Delivery, Hermes Trackable Service 3-5 Days

£3.99 0-1 kg (calculated on website)

£4.95 1-2kg (calculated on website)

£6.99 2-5kg (calculated on website)

All orders are delivered within 5-7 working days.

Please allow 2 extra days for deliveries to Northern Ireland, AB Postcodes, Highlands and Islands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

With the Hermes International service or Royal Mail, your parcel will be delivered in 7-10 working days throughout most destinations worldwide. 

Standard Delivery Europe :

0-2 kg £12.95

2-3 kg £21.50

3-4 kg £24.50

Please note parcels over 2kg will be split into 2 shipments to give the best postage rates.

Standard Delivery International :

£17.95

 

MUDD & WATER RETURNS 

UK RETURNS ONLY

You may return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it by sending the item(s) back to us at the address below. 

Please ensure you fill out the return form with you name and order number.

Please obtain a free proof of postage when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. Mudd & Water reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers returning orders from outside of the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order.

Please note: We can't be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. We recommend that overseas customers send their returns via a registered trackable service.
